use the mouse to explore the environment and interact with objects.

this game has audio! but some of it is loud, so don't turn your speakers all the way up. i recommend headphones!

press "S" to toggle shaders. i'm not sure how good shader support is across the web for godot, but it seemed like it could get buggy sometimes. if shaders look funky or completely absent, probably best to just turn them off.

author ramblings:

this was an attempted game jam entry for Mini Jam 188: Mystery, with the theme "All in a Box." it was definitely overscoped for the weekend, and I didn't really have the time or motivation to finish it after. I also didn't really like it at the time.

But I've been wanting to go back through my long list of over-ambitious attempted jam entries, and finish them up! It feels like a shame to put a lot of effort into some of these projects, just to let them die...

So yeah, I figured the spooky season was the perfect time to finish up this one, since it's horror. Honestly...I'm not a big horror person lol. But it was fun to make, regardless! Maybe I'll get around to some other abandoned jam entries in the future?
